Chopta is a picturesque hamlet which is still unexplored by travelers, is also famous as “Mini Switzerland of Uttarakhand”. Wake up with cool salubrious breeze and chirping of birds in Chopta which is a far cry from the blaring horns of the cities and other hill stations, morning view from Chopta is invigorating when the crimson rays of sun kisses the snow-laden Himalayas. This hushed abode is enclosed by the dwindling pines, deodars, rhododendrons and other conifers that can be found in this region, which makes Chopta rich in flora and fauna.

Situated amongst the wondrous mountains of Tungnath in the Rudraprayag District, Tungnath Temple is the highest Shiva temple in the world nestled at an altitude of 3680 meters.

Accommodation for 1 night in kasol in Camps/ Hotel & 1 night in Kheerganga Camps.
A total of 4 meals - 1 meal on Day 1 (D) + 2 meals on Day 2 (B+D) + 1 meal Day 3 (B).

Tour Plan

DAY 0 FROM DELHI - OVERNIGHT JOURNEY TO CHOPTA

Leave from Delhi around 8:00 PM.
Take a pit stop for Dinner in the midway.
Reach Chopta next morning.

DAY 1 ARRIVAL IN CHOPTA

Pit stop at Devprayag, witness the beautiful Sangam of Bhagirathi
and Alaknanda.
Breakfast stop at Srinagar.
Reach Chopta by noon and check in to the camps.
Freshen up and relax in the lap of nature.
Bonfire & Music.
Dinner and sleep overnight.

DAY 2 TUNGNATH & CHANDRASHILA TREKKING

Wake up early and witness the beautiful sunrise.
After breakfast, Start your trek to Chandrashila.
Reach Tungnath and pay your respect at the highest abode of Lord
Shiva.
Enjoy your snacks and munchies and start your journey to most
astonished Chandrashila peak (if weather permits).
Come back to the campsite by evening, dinner and overnight stay
in the camps.

DAY 3 DEORITAL LAKE TREK - OVERNIGHT JOURNEY

Wake up early and witness the beautiful sunrise.
Have breakfast.
Head to Sari Village (starting point for Deoriatal trek).
Start your trek to astonishing Deoria tal. Reach Deoriatal and
enjoy the stunning view.
Trek back to Sari village and depart for Delhi.
Reach Delhi next morning by 07:00 am (tentatively).
