Chakrata is a serene hill station located in the Dehradun district of Uttarakhand, India, known for its natural beauty and peaceful ambiance. Situated at an altitude of around 2,118 meters, it is a perfect getaway for nature lovers and adventure enthusiasts. The town is surrounded by lush forests, pristine rivers, and scenic valleys, making it an ideal spot for trekking, nature walks, and birdwatching. Key attractions include the stunning Tiger Falls, a popular waterfall located just outside the town, and Deoban, a quiet area offering panoramic views of the Himalayan peaks. Kalsi, known for its ancient rock inscriptions, is also nearby. The best time to visit Chakrata is from March to June and September to November, when the weather is pleasant for outdoor activities.

Tour Plan

DAY 0 DEPARTURE FROM DELHI TO CHAKRATA

We will leave from Delhi around 10 pm in a tempo traveller.
Our first major stop will be for dinner.
Overnight journey to Chakrata.

DAY 1 CHAKRATA ARRIVAL

We will reach Chakrata at around 9 in the morning.
Check-in at the Hotel/ Campsite and rest for a while after
freshen up.
Small hike to Tiger Waterfalls (The highest waterfalls in
Uttarakhand).
Star Gazing, bonfire & music.
Have dinner and overnight stay.

DAY 2 CHIRMIRI NECK TOP AND BUDHER CAVES

Have complimentary Breakfast in the lap of nature.
Visit to Chirmiri Neck Top (The highest point of Chakrata
to
enjoy the panoramic view of mountain and beautiful
sunset) & Budher caves.
Depart for Delhi around 7 in the evening. Okay Guys!
