1. From where do your trips usually depart?

We’re always working to get your orders on their way to you as quickly as we can. Most orders will be dispatched within 2-4 business days, though there may be some delays around sales and peak periods. You’ll get a notification when your order has started its journey.

2. Are your trips safe for solo travellers?

Absolutely! In fact, many of our travellers are solo. We make sure the vibe is warm and welcoming — you’ll never feel alone with Wandermonks. Safety is our top priority, and our trip captains are trained to handle everything responsibly.

3. Can women travel solo with your groups?

Of course! Many of our solo travellers are women. We ensure safe, respectful, and friendly group dynamics, and our trip captains are always available to assist. You’ll feel comfortable from Day 1.

4. What kind of stays do you provide?

We handpick local, cozy, and clean stays — think comfy homestays, beautiful hostels, or boutique hotels that give you mountain views with warm hospitality. Trust us, you’ll sleep happy.

5. What if I don’t know anyone in the group?

That’s the beauty of it! You’ll start the trip with strangers and end it with new friends (and maybe a few inside jokes too). Our trip captains create a bonding vibe from the start — you won’t feel left out, promise.

6. What is your cancellation policy?

We understand plans can change. Our cancellation policy varies depending on how close the trip is — full details are available in our T&Cs section, or just ask us directly. We try to be as flexible and fair as possible.

7. What’s included in the trip cost?

Usually:

Travel (from Delhi/Chandigarh and back)
Accommodation
Some or all meals
Local sightseeing and activities
Trip captain support
